These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between the Provider and customers for the dog training services offered on our website or linked payment pages. The version of these Terms & Conditions published at the time of entering into the contract shall prevail.
A Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.
A Trader is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Our dog training plans are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. If we become aware that the customer is a minor, we may terminate the contract and refund any payments already received.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not form part of the contract. This shall only apply otherwise if we expressly agree to their applicability in writing.
Our training plans are based on proven positive reinforcement methods. Every dog is an individual -- training outcomes depend on many factors, including consistent implementation by the owner. For severe behavioural problems, aggression or health-related limitations, we recommend consulting a certified dog trainer or veterinary surgeon.
Prior to submitting the order, the customer may review and amend their entries at any time. The following are required for the formation of the contract and delivery of services: a valid email address, the ability to receive and open PDF files, internet access, and a payment method accepted by Stripe. The customer shall ensure that emails from the Provider are not blocked by spam filters.
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The period begins on the date the contract is entered into.
How to withdraw: To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear statement by email to support@bark-plan.com
The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance after the consumer has expressly consented to our commencing performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a goodwill refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery of the training plan if you are not satisfied. To make a claim, simply send an email to support@bark-plan.com. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note: This guarantee is voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights.
The customer shall provide truthful information in the quiz, keep their email address up to date, use the content responsibly and exclusively for private purposes, and shall not make abusive use of the money-back guarantee.
We accept no liability for specific training outcomes, behavioural changes in the dog or injuries sustained during training. The training plans are based on general principles and do not replace professional behavioural advice.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. We prefer to resolve matters directly through our customer service.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident. The contractual language is English. Amendments to these Terms & Conditions shall be notified by email. For contracts already concluded, the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time the contract was entered into shall prevail.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The customer may not assign rights or obligations under this contract without our consent.
